~Winter White~

Good Morning Friends! All done! This quilt is made with a soft white nubby woven cotton fabric that has the most wonderful linen look! The back is a burlap colored ticking which was sewn in a basket-weave. I love the way it accentuates the poofy seams. I hand sewed 56 vintage buttons, one in the center of each square. It has a very tonal & peaceful quality, the only thing missing is the hammock and a box of Bon Bons! Today, I wish you inspiration! Blessings~

  1. I LOVE IT. I have always enjoyed the quilts done in monotone or singular tone. There is definately a lot to be said for their versatility in most any room. Well done Sharon! Tammy

  2. I love the way you do those quilts with the nubby ends showing through the other side. How lovely! I have collections of vintage buttons at my house and they do come in handy every now and then. Never thought of adorning a quilt with them though.
