~God Bless the Stewards of Our Land~

It's harvest time on our little hilltop! Farmer John is out combining the corn, working hard to catch up for time lost! We are so happy to see Farmer John because when he takes the corn, he gives us a glorious view in return...miles upon miles of beautiful plains. Stay tuned for some beautiful vistas!
Blessings~

  1. Hi Sharon, how wonderful is the place where you live... that´s the country itself. Your views are going to be wonderful now, how nice. Do you cook a lot with corn?? Here in Chile we make "humitas", smashed corn, onion and herbs inside the corn leaves.

  3. Dear Sharon ~~ Harvest time is a
very busy time on farms. Looks like
    a good crop too.
I am so glad you liked my flowers.
The hot weather is not good for them
although they have been nice for awhile. Glad you enjoyed the jokes
and the Senior one Warren sent was popular. Take care my friend.
    Love, Merle.

  4. Oh what a happy post Sharon, the music the photos and your words. Harvest time. It must be glorious to live on a farm and be reminded daily how God provides.

  5. Hi Sharon.
I love the title of this post.We used to farm several acres of farm ground and I always felt that the land was not really our own...that we were definitely just it's caretakers. We have sold most of it and now another farmer cares for it for the next generation.
I can't wait for you to share your lovely views with us...and wave hi to farmer John for me.
    Hugs,
    June

  6. Thanks for reminding us! I, like all the other people who have comment, can't wait to see more pictures of the area and all that surrounds you. Out mother Earth is so beautiful and by looking at those pictures you take, we share a little bit of beauty in here.
