I tried the garlic ribs, Wow! My husband loved them. So the next night, I tried the Mexican Potato Casserole and served it with steamed tortillas. Another hit! Most of the recipes included ingredients that are already in my pantry. Easy! Really good food, and a great blog. Let me know if you enjoyed it too!!

ReplyDeletethis looks delicious!! I went over there and oh my gosh, I think I gained 5 pounds just looking at those pineapple cupcakes she had featured today! they looked sooo good!!! I plan to peek in every now and then to see "what's cooking" over there, perhaps more often after I get these pesky pounds off :)

One of my favorite cookbooks taht I own is a Grange Hall cookbook. It has recipes from folks all over the small town where I purchased it. Old time recipes you just find in books today. Love simple but simple and good.. yum
